After the success obtained in the last on-line course on Technological Tools adapted to the tourism sector, where lessons were given about Google Tools, Blogs and Social Networks Creation, Prodestur, the Tourism area of the Segovia Provincial Council, continues to organize modules training for the tourism sector. The next one will be a free face-to-face workshop on communication with the client of the tourism sector, with which it aims to improve the quality of the service.
The course will be given on Tuesday 12 June, in the House of the Seal. It is an eminently practical workshop aimed at improving customer service and managing their needs. The participants, after receiving the training, will be able to face situations related to communication with the client, manage adverse situations or improve their active listening, assertiveness and empathy.
Throughout the seminar, the students will face different situations that arise in customer service, working different communication techniques, as well as social skills.
The objective of the workshop is the acquisition of different tools so that communication and customer service is more effective and efficient, overcoming the daily difficulties that occur in that relationship. It will last six hours and different contents will be addressed.
One of them tries to explain the main techniques of communication with the client, which will deal with aspects such as information and communication processes; elements of an effective communication process; barriers in communication with the client or verbal and non-verbal communication.
As for the techniques of basic attention to clients, the type of client will be deepened; the patterns of behavior before him: smile, adequate vocabulary, kindness, tone, courtesy, etc .; Active listening and empathy and assertiveness techniques.
