The events of the Week of Segovian Cuisine, which runs until the next 10 in June, include a visit every year to some area of Segovian territory with which it is intended that hospitality professionals become prescribers of their own province . Prodestur, the tourist agency of the Diputación, has been in charge of organizing the trip, which on this occasion has focused on several mountain towns in the southern part of the province: Ortigosa del Monte, Navas de Riofrío and El Espinar.
The so-called "Tourist Tuesdays" of the Week of the Kitchen, since its inception, were created to convert the members of the hospitality industry and rural tourism, ambassadors of the main tourist resources and their own province.
