The smallest attendees at the III Tourist Weekend, organized by the Provincial Council through Prodestur, put color to the town of Pedraza in the children's drawing contest.
The contest under the name of Ignacio Zuloaga was held in the Patio de Armas del Castillo and the participation was free for children between four and twelve years.
A total of 70 children let their imagination fly to represent the castle of the village that was built in the twelfth century and which, of Roman and Arabic origin, was located in a key area of defense.
The majority opted for the real representation, the most daring risked with the multicolored stroke and others drew the monument in pencil as if it were an old stamp.
Although all created their small works of art, the winners were Nicolás de 13 years, Paula Redondo of 12 years, Alva Verduguez of 10 years, Raquel Cabeza of 8 years, Noelia Piñero of 5 years and Judit Gil also of 5 years.
