The president of the Diputación Francisco Vázquez has approached this morning to the Interior Tourism Fair (INTUR), which is held in Valladolid until next Sunday 25 in November.
The President wanted to be present in the tasting and pairing of beers, cheeses and artisanal and natural sausages of the province of Segovia, with which Prodestur, the tourist agency of the County Council, has started the broad program of activities that has been prepared for this contest.
The Iberian companies of Vegaseca (Cuéllar), Caprichos de Sacramenia (Sacramenia) and 90 Varas Beer (Cerezo de Abajo), which are part of Alimentos de Segovia, have carried out a combination proposal based on natural products from the Segovian land.
In the tasting have also been present the deputy of Prodestur, Magdalena Rodríguez; the mayor of Riaza, Andrea Rico; the mayor of Villcastín, Jesús Grande; the Councilor for Tourism of Cuéllar, Nuria Fernández; and the regional attorney José María Bravo.
The Diputación de Segovia presents in this fair a new 'app' with the tourist resources of the province to have them available on the mobile phone.
The provincial institution is present in the contest by the hand of Prodestur in a space that occupies 150 square meters and is adorned by some photographs of squares in the province, and in which once again, the dynamism of activities will return to be its characteristic principal. It also leaves room for the municipalities of Ayllón, Coca, Cuellar, El Espinar, Martin Muñoz de las Posadas, Sepulveda, Riaza and Villacastín.
In this area, the so-called 'Chroma Space' stands out. It is a point where, thanks to new technologies, visitors can take a photograph mixed between the virtual landscape of any of the existing natural spaces in the province. There are already several years that this activity takes place, due to the success it has.
Prodestur will also announce in Intur the new brochures that have been published, among them the Santa María la Real de Nieva within the collection of tourist locations.
To this is added a map of the province with all its tourist resources: Museums, monuments, interpretation centers, Natural Park, National Park, etc.
The museum brochures complete the new publications. One will be for the Ethical Museum of Bercial, and another for the Otones de Benjumea Museums (ethnographic and pedagogical). These informative brochures will be an interesting promotional tool through the rural lodgings and tourist offices in the area, as well as the Tourism Fairs.
In addition, you can find three publications on different topics (sport, nature and quiet tourism) with eight experiences each to account for the many activities that can be carried out in the province.
All the localities that come with the Diputación to this event participate with activities that will revitalize the 'stand' in a constant way. Together with these, Prodestur has completed them with other presentations, tastings, tastings, folklore, crafts, music and dance.
During the fair, the dance groups of Riaza, Cuéllar and Sepúlveda will perform, for example; El Puntillo Canalla from El Espinar, a medieval animation group from Cuéllar or the Ayllón Band.
Similarly, this year will be held on Saturday 24 November at twelve noon a demonstration of the Festival of the Imp de Sepulveda, declared this year Traditional Manifestation of Provincial Cultural Interest.
