After the Fitur 2019 Fair in Madrid, Prodestur Segovia Turismo continues its promotion work, in this case, participating in the XIV edition of the International Tourism Fair of the Kingdom of Navarra, Navartur, to be held in Pamplona, from 22 to 24 February, in the Baluarte Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions.
Prodestur goes hand in hand with the Junta de Castilla y León, as is usual in all national and international fairs that it attends, except for the Interior Tourism Fair of Valladolid, where it comes with its own stand.
At the Fair, all the tourist attractions of the province will be promoted, such as Monumental, Family, Events, Congress or Active Tourism.
Navartur is a great tourism fair aimed especially at the final consumer, which last year saw more than 40.000 visitors and an open door to a very interesting potential market with high purchasing power, such as the market of Navarra and the Basque Country.
In addition, it presents an attractive professional agenda such as the II International Congress of Gastronomic Tourism plus Workshop with International Tour Operators specializing in Gastronomic Tourism.
The participating sectors are official national and international tourism promotion agencies, accommodation offers, travel agencies and tour operators; transportation companies; camping and caravanning, as well as Ecotourism; rural, sports and nature tourism; active tourism, adventure, weekend, beach, urban, congress or wine tourism.
On the other hand, Prodestur Segovia Turismo will also be present at the fourteenth Ornithological Tourism International Fair, FIO, which is also celebrated from the 22 to the 24 in February, but in the Monfragüe National Park, one of the world meccas for bird watching , named a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. It is a must for professionals and nature lovers.
The International Fair of Ornithological Tourism has put Extremadura on the world map of bird watching and has become one of the most important competitions in Europe.
Here we also go with the Junta de Castilla y León and will continue to promote the province's tourism offer, with special emphasis on the four nature observation routes that Prodestur has published: The Domesticated Forest (Añe), The Lord of Waters (Cantalejo), The Little Giant of the Sierra (La Granja de San Ildefonso) and Witnesses of Another Time (Prádena).
The fair, organized by the Junta de Extremadura, brings together the best of nature tourism and ornithology: specialized companies, tourist destinations, conservation associations, meetings between professionals. A program that combines the business and leisure aspects and, above all, the participation of experts and the public in all activities: technical conferences, photography conferences, guided tours or children's workshops.
