Built on an old barn and finished in June of 2014, the house is located in San Cristóbal de Segovia, municipality just three kilometers from Segovia capital and eight from the Real Sito de San Ildefonso. The façade combined wood and limestone and is decorated with typical Segovia sgraffito.
The house is divided in two floors. The upper floor has a full bathroom with hydromassage shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have plasma television. The lower floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a toilet.
