A 19th century country house in Sepúlveda
In the last third of the nineteenth century and the first decades of the twentieth, were built in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz de Sepulveda, next to the fertile plain of Duratón, several houses -hotels, as they were called at that time- in the environment of the orchards with a more recreational than residential functionality.
The best example of all of them is this house that Don Antonio Monte ordered to be built by a mason of the "Patata" family and that was finished in 1889, according to an inscription.
In 1998, we undertook the rehabilitation work, keeping in good measure the spirit and original distribution as well as part of the floors and carpentry that could be recovered.
The result is a cozy house, made with natural materials and decorated in warm tones, which invites you to rest and enjoy with your family.
A country house to rest
The house has three floors: low, first and superior, the latter under the wooden deck. Each one has approximately 80 square meters. It has two doors, one on the main facade and one that overlooks the arbor garden.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining room, the living room with fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor we have three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, while on the lower sloping roof there are two other double bedrooms, a play area for children, a living room and a work area.
The house has television in the living room and in the living room and has wi-fi connection.
