Built at the beginning of the 20th century (in the 1917 year according to the sign engraved on the doorway of the entrance door), the rural house La Cepa was restored in 1997 maintaining its traditional architecture, with the aim of converting it into a cozy rustic dwelling and it remains open to the public from 1998.
La Cepa, typical house of cereal farmers, is located in Valdevarnés, a small Castilian town in the northeast of the province of Segovia, and is ideal for those who want to relax a few days in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
The privileged location of the town, will allow you to approach natural landscapes of singular beauty, as well as serving as a starting point for a large number of routes and activities if you wish.
Located in the serenity of this Segovian area, the house is rented completely and enjoys a total area of 180 m² spread over three floors. Rustic style, but fully equipped with the amenities and services demanded by modern man.
The house has capacity for 7 people and the rooms are distributed in 3 different floors, with access to the street from the ground floor and from the 1ª plant, where the main entrance is located.
La Cepa has 3 bedrooms, all of them equipped with full bathroom. The first with a double or double bed, on the 1 floor, the second with two single beds, on the 2 floor, and the third with three single beds, also on the 2 floor.
On the ground floor we find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room where children and adults can enjoy by the fireplace, with board games or going out to the garden, with terrace and barbecue.
On the 1 floor there is another living room with TV, comfortable sofas and a table for games, where you can relax with a good movie, compete with the console or play a game of cards.
