The tradition of Romanesque and the comfort of the 21st century merged into one of the best located hotels in Segovia.
Excellent location, exquisite service and perfect combination of historical palace and modern interior design. These are the hallmarks of Exe Casa de Los Linajes, renewed in 2015 to offer our clients the best comforts and the best service in the center of Segovia. The renovation has consisted in respecting the historical aesthetics of the building but printing contemporary parameters in the interior.
The Hotel Exe Casa de Los Linajes is located in one of the quietest and quietest corners of the old town of Segovia, just five minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, enjoying all the advantages of being in the center, but at the same time discreet enough to enjoy the tranquility and charm of this city-heritage.
The hotel enjoys beautiful panoramic views over the Eresma valley and the Castilla fields, especially from the hotel's large terrace and from some rooms. The facilities have a restaurant, rooms for events, gardens, gymnasium and 62 spacious and bright rooms recently renovated recently and with an aesthetic that fuses traditional elements and modern interior design.
The hotel consists of two buildings: an aristocratic mansion with a Romanesque access door and a coat of arms that gives the hotel its name: the House of the Lineages; and another building of recent construction, where most of the rooms are located.
The 'lineage' referred to by the hotel is that of the Falconi family. Carlos Falconi, natural son of the King of France Charles VII, settled in Segovia in the sixteenth century and here he built his house. Falconi financed, among other things, the construction of the Romanesque Church of San Esteban.
