The House has four bedrooms; one with a double bed, three with two single beds, one of them with its own bathroom. The general bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub. The kitchen has a sunny terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors or have a snack overlooking the mountains. The spacious dining room has a fireplace and comfortable sofas. There is an area with a library.
The Ciguiñuela is a tributary of the Eresma River that passes through the city of Segovia. The House next to the river, is only 4 kilometers from the city declared World Heritage by UNESCO, having a monumental walled historic center, which highlights its Alcazar, the Lady of the Cathedrals and the Roman Aqueduct. It also has numerous grills where the famous suckling pig and Castilian lambs are cooked.
