Chickpea salad

Recipe for 4 rations


  • ½ big onion

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 pot of cooked chickpeas (400 gr)

We will start with the vinaigrette. In a bowl we will take the vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well. When the salt and pepper are dissolved, add three parts of extra virgin olive oil and mix again.

We crush the tuna without removing the oil from the can. We add the oil to our source and incorporate the tuna. We mix all our ingredients.

Just add our vinaigrette that we had reserved to the source with the rest of the ingredients.
