Recipe for 12 rations
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 l de agua
- 100 gr manteca
- 10 gr sal
- 180 gr de harina
- 7 eggs
- 75 g sugar
- 20 gr maicena
- 50 mounted cream gr
- 1 glass of milk
- Vanilla
- Apple jam
- Nata
- Chopped almonds
- Figure of a little bird
ELABORATION OF THE BASE
In a casserole cook 1 / 4 l of water, salt and butter. Add 150 gr of flour and stir until making a paste. Next, we incorporated 5 eggs until a creamy texture was obtained. Put the mixture in a pastry bag and pour it into circular aluminum molds. Bake 10 min at 250ºC. When golden, remove and let cool.
ELABORATION OF THE CREAM
We put a glass of milk with cornstarch, 75 gr of sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla to make a porridge that we incorporate into the milk cooking and let it cook again. Once cold, mix the whipped cream, put in a pastry bag and pour to the base. Sprinkle with sugar on top and caramelize with a blowtorch. Spread with apple marmalade and decorate with chopped almonds and a little cream simulating a nest and place the bird's ornament.
