Recipe for 4 rations

INGREDIENTS 

  • 24 crayfish
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Garlic
  • Laurel
  • A few peppercorns
  • 1 dl of oil
  • Thyme
  • 1 and ½ l of water
 
Put the water, onion, oil, garlic, bay leaf, pepper and thyme in a saucepan, reduce it to half a liter and add the crabs, cooled beforehand without breaking them. Season and boil for 10 min. Let stand for 30 min.
