In collaboration with the Official College of Architects, the information days will be held from 7 to October 9.
Taking into account the complexity of the document, each day will address different aspects of the Plan to offer an overview.
The Special Plan for Historic Areas of Segovia (PEAHIS) approved last September 6, is intended to organize and protect urban and culturally the central area of the city and the relevant external areas or what is the same, orders 1.914,33 hectares, is that is, 11,66% of the total area of the Segovia term. This represents 43% of the city's consolidated urban land.
To publicize this complex document, the City of Segovia in collaboration with the Official College of Architects organizes an informative conference on 7, 8 and 9 in October, aimed not only at professionals involved in the subject (architects, technical architects, engineers or builders) but to all citizens who want to meet him.
Taking into account the density and complexity of the text, the conference has been organized in three sessions in which the technical editors of the PEAHIS will address different aspects of the document, which will allow offering a complete and complete vision of the Plan. The objectives and philosophy of the Plan will be presented at the headquarters of the official College of Architects (Marqués del Arco 5 Street), as well as the procedure followed for its elaboration (ordinances, technical suitability report, etc.).
On the 8 day, in the Reading House (Calle Real) the informative and binding reports, and the areas of Specific management, isolated actions and urban regeneration areas will be addressed.
The last session, on Wednesday 9 also in the Reading House, will be devoted to catalogs and archeology (catalog, archaeological zoning and procedure followed).
The three sessions will begin at 17: 00 hours and will be extended until 19: 00 hours
