Segovian gastronomy at the 10º anniversary of Saborea Spain

Savor Spain shined last night in celebration of its first ten years. During the meeting, the guests -among those who were Claudia de Santos, Councilor for Tourism of the City of Segovia, various authorities, renowned chefs such as Susi Díaz, Joaquín Felipe and Ramon Freixa, the main flat of Madrid Fusión (José Carlos Capel , Benjamín Lana and Lourdes Planas) as well as a large number of gastronomic and travel journalists - could enjoy the dishes offered and prepared by chefs from different parts of Spain.

Muñoz took advantage of his intervention to remember the long journey and the projects of the association. In turn, he also explained the “10 great achievements” that Saborea Spain has achieved during this time. He also explained the "importance of World Tapas Day" which he named the "true ambassador of the Spanish tapa". Likewise, he concluded his speech describing the association as a space to talk about gastronomy and bring together all Spanish territories for its gastronomic richness.

Savor Segovia triumphed with its roast suckling pig lid by the José María Restaurant, which captivated the public with its traditional ceremony. It was accompanied by Murón Autor wine, from Bodegas Severino Sanz, unique in the province of Segovia with the DO Ribera de Duero.

Also in the Saborea Segovia space were products of Martín Cuesta Sausages, El Molinero Cheeses, Chickpeas El Garbanzal de Valseca, Cerveza Octavo Arte and Cerveza San Frutos.

A brochure with gastronomic information on the province was published for the occasion from the Tourism Area of ​​Segovia. That will be used, in addition, in all the acts and events of promotion of the gastronomy of Segovia.
