Prádena is well known for three reasons: The cave of the Enebralejos, El Acebal de Prádena, and its Transhumant Heritage.
The Cave of the Enebralejos is one of the most important in all of Castile and León, due to its geological beauty and its archaeological importance. It can be visited, upon reservation, which can be processed on the website www.cuevadelosenebralejos.es
The Acebal de Prádena is one of the largest holly forests of the entire peninsula. Its unique beauty, coupled with the centuries-old oaks and junipers that accompany it, makes this corner a natural place to stand out. You can know freely, following the marked hiking trails, or do it through the guided routes that we organize from the Tourist Office. We attach the activity poster.
In addition, the transhumant heritage is present in Prádena, thanks to the passage of the Cañada Real Soriana Occidental (conditioned as a natural road), to the large mansions of the mayorales and shepherds, and to a rich gastronomy in which the roasted suckling lamb stands out, the Shepherd crumbs and shepherd stew. The restoration offer in Prádena is wide.
