Quintanar Palace

Quintanar Palace

The Quintanar Palace is a multidisciplinary cultural center of the Junta de Castilla y León created to develop a wide program in the field of graphic design, industrial design, interior design and photography. Throughout the year, it will offer activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, congresses and exhibitions. Always with a clear commitment to innovation, creativity, training and culture.

The mission of this space of the Junta de Castilla y León based in Segovia is to become a meeting point and dialogue for designers, photographers, institutions, companies and citizens in general. The final objective is to spread the culture of design and image as tools for innovation and essential instruments for social and economic development.

The Quintanar Palace is a Renaissance building from the XNUMXth century, one of the most important architectural complexes in Segovia, a city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The structure of the Palace is typical of the Segovian manor house, built around a central courtyard, one of the most identifying elements of the palatial building of that time.
